These terms outline the expected use of the Symphony Cooler Rental front site, customer onboarding flow, and dashboard.

Rental Applications

Submitted site, KYC, and payment information is reviewed by Symphony operations before a rental work order is activated.

Payments

Deposits and rental payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment verification and work-order creation are performed by the Laravel backend.

Service Coverage

Service timelines, unit availability, and rental terms may vary by site location, plan, and operational feasibility.
